Going green – expanding New reality with bmg green
The global construction industry is going green quickly and so are we. BMG recently launched a new division—BMG Green. It employs our past, current and future expertise to help clients identify, develop, promote and sell their green technologies, equipment and products to the right customers which will lead to a better future for all.
BMG Green is starting at an opportune time for our clients. Today, all levels of government and private construction projects are requiring and funding more environmentally sustainable and energy-efficient approaches to design, material reuse and technologies. At the same time, infrastructure funding at all levels is requiring more recycle, reuse and new technologies to reduce costs, environmental damage and landfill waste.
BMG Green will focus its expertise in three specific market segments:
Commercial/Residential Building Construction – We work with architects, engineers, builders and contractors to specify and use our clients’ products, equipment and/or technologies while tying them into numerous programs that include the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Program and its local, regional and global equivalents.
Infrastructure/General Construction – We work with government public works agencies and contractors to drive our clients’ sales of viable energy-efficient and/or environmentally positive processes, equipment and products.
Material/Waste Processing – We work with management, engineering and operations personnel to promote our clients’ environmentally positive and energy-efficient processing and equipment solutions.
As BMG, we have worked since 1991 with more than 75 construction industry related clients, many with green technologies and products, including:
Geothermal HVAC
Slurry seal & micro surfacing paving
Renewable building materials
Concrete & asphalt recycling
C&D recycling
Soil reclamation
High-efficiency control systems
Low-impact concrete curing technology
Low-emissions asphalt plants
Material washing water reduction
Next-generation forklifts
BMG Green keeps pace with quickly developing opportunities as well as government and privately funded programs. We assist clients in creating and managing tactical plans and budgets by employing the right mix of our 6 Critical Components To Growth: Strategic Direction, Sales Development, Research, Marketing, Channel Management and International Expansion.
